Voice. Vision. Value. celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2025 with the launch of Vision Forward, our five-year strategy to strengthen impact and model a commitment to holistic wellbeing and professional development at a time when leadership is increasingly isolating and complex.

Vision Forward is expanding Voice Vision Value’s reach and impact, ensuring that a broader network of leaders across the social sector have access to critical resources and restorative spaces necessary to sustain their leadership and drive impactful social change.

We celebrated our 5th Anniversary in New Orleans last fall where we honored the trailblazing careers and contributions of Dr. Sherece West Scantlebury, Dr. Ivye L. Allen, Susan L. Taylor, the late Janine Lee, and the late Gladys Krigger Washington.
