Curator & Catalyst
Toya Nash Randall models her career in philanthropy in the tradition of sisterhood and generosity demonstrated by her beloved grandmothers and the women in her family. Their values, along with their collective wisdom and ingenuity, are the blueprint for Toya's leadership demonstration. She founded the trailblazing multi-media narrative platform Voice. Vision. Value., the largest digital archive, body of literature, and portfolio of research documenting the leadership impact, agility, and sustainability of Black women across the social sector.
Through Voice. Vision. Value, Toya has commissioned the ground-breaking Centering Ourselves report series, produced the award-winning book Portraits of Us, powered the highly acclaimed Centering Conversations podcast, established the Vision Forward Award, and launched the Vision Forward conference.
She does this work in close consultation, partnership, and trust with a talented team of researchers, creatives, strategists, and advisors.
Together, they ensure access to fresh and expansive leadership tools and narratives, pathways to holistic professional development, and curate spaces that center wellness as a leadership strategy.
